Turning to Look at the Shoulder

The lesson begins by evaluating ease of head-turning in standing. Participants move to lying on the side to practice rotating the face toward the floor while using hand pressure for leverage. These side-lying spirals and head-lifts are combined with manual self-palpation of the sternum to encourage rib elasticity and spinal rotation.
