Organizing the Self Through Minimal Effort

Listed by the publisher as “Toward Organized Organic Self”

This lesson begins with standing explorations of presence before moving to the floor. Participants investigate the minimal effort needed to lift a foot while lying on the back, first individually and then through observing others to sense subtle changes in weight and organization. The session concludes by reintegrating this lightness into a playful return to standing.
