Sliding the Arms and the Legs
The instructor guides an exploration of sliding the hands and knees while lying on one side. The lesson focuses on how movements of the limbs relate to the pelvis, spine, and ribs, eventually incorporating head rolling and ankle rotations to coordinate the whole self in both uniform and oppositional directions.
