Crossing the Leg and Spiraling the Spine

Listed by the publisher as “She's Got Legs (& she knows how to use 'em) 3/5”

Participants lie on their backs and investigate the relationship between the pelvis, ribs, and legs by crossing one foot over the other leg. The lesson includes lifting long legs, rolling the pelvis to help the foot touch down, and coordinating head and arm movements to facilitate a spiral through the spine.
