Exploring Movement from the Toes Up

Listed by the publisher as “Reclaiming The Big Toe”

This lesson begins with guided standing exercises exploring gravity and letting the body drop toward the floor. Participants transition to lying on their front to practice fine motor movements of the toes and feet, eventually coordinating these actions with sliding the knees and elbows toward one another to organize the whole spine and pelvis.
