Mini Feldenkrais lesson by Scott Clark on walking

Participants begin by shifting weight while standing before sitting on the edge of a chair. The lesson guides small movements of the right elbow and head to sense weight shifts through the torso and sitting bones. Finally, learners stand and walk to explore the connection between the top of the head and the feet during each step.
