Healthy Integrated Eyes
This lesson explores the relationship between eye focus and body orientation. Participants lie on their sides and backs, using their eyes to follow an imaginary line or a sliding bead between different points of the body, such as the elbow, hand, and knee. These slow movements help integrate visual attention with the movement of the head, hips, and spine.
