Exploring the Hand Through Imagined Resistance

Listed by the publisher as “FRENCH ATM 2”

This seated lesson uses imagery to explore the sensory representation of the hand in the brain. Participants imagine submerging their dominant hand into a container of thick honey, slowly articulating the fingers and rotating the wrist against imagined resistance to refine tactile awareness and reduce habitual muscle tension.
