Listed by the publisher as “Fix Shoulder Pain in 10 Minutes | Feldenkrais Lesson”

The lesson begins by sensing the shoulders against the floor. Participants lift one arm toward the ceiling and explore rotating the arm on its axis, followed by lifting and lowering the shoulder blade. Finally, these movements are combined with breath awareness before standing to observe changes in posture and walking.
