Five Long Lines

This lesson uses the mental image of five abstract lines—representing the spine, arms, and legs—to guide movement. Lying on the floor, participants explore sliding the head, lengthening the limbs, and tilting the pelvis while maintaining the internal sense of these long lines to improve overall coordination and body image.
