Pelvic Lifting and Diagonal Connections

Listed by the publisher as “Feldenkrais San Diego - ATM Lesson #23”

The lesson begins by sitting and comparing the ease of lifting each leg with the hands. Students then transition to lying on their back to explore lifting the head and pelvis together and separately. The movement progresses to using diagonal pressure through the feet and arms to investigate the connection between the hips and the upper back.
