Knee Tilts and Pelvic Arches
Listed by the publisher as “Feldenkrais San Diego - ATM Lesson #18”
This lesson explores the relationship between the legs, pelvis, and spine while lying on the back. Participants practice tilting one knee inward toward the floor, eventually adding the weight of the other foot to assist the movement. The exploration progresses to include lifting the head and leaning on the forearms to observe how these actions influence the pelvic tilt.
