Listed by the publisher as “Feldenkrais, Movement and Brain Neuroplasticity Audio Lessons - Eumov”
Participants begin by lying on their back, exploring small movements of the lower jaw and head. The practice includes using the tongue to map the inside of the cheeks and using hands-on feedback to guide the chin and forehead in coordinated or opposing directions. The session concludes with a brief standing exploration of how jaw movement relates to the spine.
