Coordinating Shoulders and Hips for Easy Walking

Listed by the publisher as “Feldenkrais Lesson for Better Walking, Posture and Comfort”

This session explores the connection between the shoulder and hip joints using imaginary lines of light. Through small, slow movements lying on the back, participants investigate how these four points coordinate to influence spinal rotation and ease. The practice concludes with walking to integrate the new sensations into upright movement.
