Feldenkrais for Walking: Lesson and Discussion
Participants begin in standing and walk to observe their habitual gait before lying on their back and sides. Guided exploration focuses on the relationship between the sternum, shoulders, and hips through gentle rolling and oppositional movements. The lesson concludes by returning to walking to sense newfound organization, mobility, and ease in the torso.
