Eyes Head Neck
This lesson explores the relationship between the eyes, head, and neck to improve spinal coordination. Participants begin in standing and then move to the floor to practice rolling the head with hands-on guidance and eyes-only movements. The practice concludes by exploring how the movement of the legs and pelvis travels through the skeleton to the head.
