Eye Movements and Head Mobility for Musicians
Listed by the publisher as “Emma Alter Feldenkrais Shorts: working with the Eyes”
This session explores the relationship between eye movements and neck mobility. Participants begin by playing their musical instruments to establish a baseline, then transition to lying on the floor to practice sliding and rolling the eyes in specific patterns, both with and without head movement, before returning to their instruments to notice any changes.
