Tracing Circles with the Nose from the Pelvis

This seated lesson explores the relationship between the pelvis and the movement of the head. Participants use their nose to trace lines and circles around their knees and thighs, eventually moving the entire torso as a coordinated cylinder to improve mobility and stability through the abdomen.
